Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how PredictEngine ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our Service, including our website, dashboard, Discord bot, Telegram bots, developer and partner APIs, and any related features. By using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Email address, display name, profile avatar (if set), country / country code, signup IP address, and authentication identifiers (Supabase auth ID, and a legacy Clerk ID for accounts migrated from our prior authentication provider).
  • Wallet Information: Public wallet addresses (Polygon Safe address, Polygon EOA signer address, and — for cross-platform arbitrage users — an Opinion / BNB Chain EOA address). Private keys are generated on our servers, encrypted at rest using AES-based encryption, and never displayed to the user in plaintext outside of documented key-export functionality.
  • Trading Data: Bot configurations, strategy definitions, order history, positions, executions, balances, realized and unrealized P&L, leverage positions (collateral, liquidation price, funding), and sports bot trades.
  • Deposit and Withdrawal Data: On-chain transaction hashes, deposit quotes, cross-chain bridge routes, and related metadata necessary to process deposits, withdrawals, and auto-swaps.
  • Usage Data: Log data, device information, browser user agent, IP address, referrer, page and feature interactions, last active timestamp, and session metadata.
  • Engagement Data: Streaks, percentile rankings, account completeness state, simulation balances, phantom P&L, near-miss flags, deposit bonus awards, and A/B test variant assignments.
  • Discord Data: Discord user ID, Discord display name, and — if you use the Discord bot in a server — Discord guild (server) ID and guild name, admin status within that server, and the content of commands issued to the bot.
  • Telegram Data: Telegram user ID and chat ID where you interact with our bots (including the admin alerts bot and the wallet tracker bot), along with content of messages sent to our bots.
  • Communications: Support messages, bug reports, survey responses, and email interactions (opens, clicks) delivered via our transactional email provider.
  • Social and Marketing Data: Data provided by users who interact with our Twitter / X account, referral codes, and partner IDs.
  • Developer / Partner API Usage: API key identifiers, rate-limited request metadata, and endpoint usage logs.
  • AI Interaction Data: Prompts and conversations submitted to our AI features (strategy chat, strategy generation, market analysis). These prompts are transmitted to third-party AI providers (including Anthropic) for processing.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service
  • To create and maintain your custodial wallets and execute transactions you authorize
  • To execute trades on your behalf through your configured bots and manual orders
  • To surface market data, news, leaderboards, and analytics
  • To personalize your experience, deliver engagement features, and run A/B tests
  • To communicate with you about account activity, product updates, promotions (if opted in), security events, and support inquiries
  • To process referral program participation and payout eligible earnings
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, market manipulation, and violations of our Terms
  • To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our rights
  • To generate aggregated, anonymized analytics and platform statistics

Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK Residents): Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies to your personal data, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to operate the Service, manage your account, execute trades you authorize, and provide customer support
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the platform, detect fraud and abuse, prevent market manipulation, improve the Service, send transactional communications, and analyze aggregate usage
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies, marketing emails, and processing where consent is otherwise required (you may withdraw consent at any time)
  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our agreements

3. Data Security

We implement security measures intended to protect your data:

  • Private keys are encrypted at rest using AES-based encryption and a dedicated master key stored in our environment
  • All data transmission between your browser or client and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS / TLS
  • Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth (with a migration path from our previous Clerk integration). Supabase-issued JWTs are used for API authorization.
  • Our backend runs on dedicated cloud infrastructure with restricted SSH access, process supervision, and audit logging
  • We do not store third-party platform API credentials (e.g., Polymarket user API keys) that are not strictly required to operate the Service
  • Sensitive admin functions are gated behind separate admin authentication and, where applicable, Telegram-based 2FA-style alerts

No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your PredictEngine credentials, Discord and Telegram accounts, devices, and any exported keys or recovery material.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Infrastructure and hosting providers used to operate the platform (including AWS and Vercel)
  • Authentication providers (Supabase Auth, and historically Clerk for legacy accounts)
  • Database provider (Supabase / PostgreSQL)
  • AI providers (Anthropic / Claude) for processing AI chat prompts and strategy generation requests
  • Blockchain infrastructure (Alchemy and other RPC providers) for reading and broadcasting on-chain data and transactions
  • Prediction market venues (Polymarket, Opinion) where trades are executed on your behalf
  • Cross-chain bridge (Li.Fi) for bridging funds between Polygon and other networks when you use the cross-platform arbitrage feature
  • Crypto swap provider (ChangeNOW) when you use swap functionality
  • Email provider (Resend) for transactional and promotional email
  • Media hosting (Cloudinary) for images, win cards, and promotional assets
  • Sports and odds data providers (ESPN, DraftKings, and related APIs) used for sports arbitrage and sports bot features
  • Social and messaging platforms (Twitter / X, Discord, Telegram) when you connect your accounts or interact with our bots
  • Video and content generation partners (ElevenLabs, D-ID, Creatomate, Make.com) when we generate promotional media
  • Law enforcement and regulators when required by applicable law or valid legal process
  • Potential acquirers or successors in the event of a merger, sale, or reorganization of PredictEngine, subject to customary confidentiality and continued protection of your data
  • Other parties with your explicit consent

Certain trading activity (including on-chain deposits, trades, liquidations, and withdrawals) occurs on public blockchains. Blockchain data is, by its nature, public, and we cannot control how third parties use publicly visible on-chain information associated with your wallet address.

5. Public Profile and Leaderboard

PredictEngine offers opt-in public leaderboards and public profiles. When you opt in:

  • Your display name, avatar, aggregate trading statistics (such as P&L, win rate, volume), bot performance metrics, and select positions may be visible to other users and the general public
  • You may opt out at any time via your leaderboard settings. Opting out will hide future leaderboard entries but may not retroactively remove cached or externally archived copies
  • Leaderboard data may also be surfaced through our Twitter / X account, Telegram channels, and other marketing channels in aggregated or individual form

6. Discord, Telegram, and Social Integrations

When you use our Discord bot, Telegram bots, or connect with our social accounts, additional data (such as Discord user and guild IDs, Telegram user and chat IDs, and command or message content) is collected and processed. You may revoke a Discord or Telegram integration at any time by removing the bot from the relevant server or blocking the bot; note that revoking an integration does not automatically delete historical records of your interactions.

7. AI Features and Third-Party Model Providers

When you use AI-powered features (strategy chat, strategy generation, market analysis, news summarization, spotlight threads, etc.), your prompts and related metadata are sent to third-party AI providers (including Anthropic) for processing. These providers are subject to their own privacy policies and data-handling practices. Do not include information you consider highly sensitive in AI prompts.

8. Analytics and Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, session management, preferences, and A/B test assignment. We may also use Vercel Analytics and similar privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand aggregate usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies for personalized advertising across the internet.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

EEA / UK Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR):

If you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including the rights above, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. The legal bases on which we rely are described in Section 2 of this policy.

PredictEngine is operated from the United States and does not currently maintain a designated representative in the EEA or United Kingdom under GDPR Article 27 or UK GDPR Article 27. EEA and UK residents may contact us directly at [email protected] for any privacy inquiry. Personal data transferred from the EEA or UK to the United States is transferred in reliance on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses with our sub-processors where applicable.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Specific retention periods:

After applicable retention periods expire, personal data is deleted or anonymized. Retention periods may be extended where required by law, to resolve a dispute, to investigate fraud or abuse, or to enforce our agreements.

PredictEngine operates infrastructure in multiple regions. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your data in jurisdictions outside of your country of residence, which may have data protection laws different from your own.
